3. Prohibited Content & Conduct

Comments, profile fields, reports, recommendations, and any other place you can post text or a link must never contain, promote, or link to:

• Pirated or illegally hosted media - links to unauthorized scan/scanlation aggregators, "read free" ripped-content sites, torrents, or file-lockers hosting copyrighted works without permission.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material, including links to such sites.
• Scams, phishing, or fraud - fake giveaways, credential-harvesting links, crypto/investment scams, or impersonation of Comicpanna staff.
• Spam - unsolicited bulk links, repeated promotional posts, or content posted purely to manipulate rankings/engagement.
• Illegal promotion - advertising of illegal goods, services, or activity under any jurisdiction applicable to the platform.
• Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or targeted abuse of another user.

Content matching these categories may be automatically blocked at submission time, and accounts that repeatedly attempt to post it may be suspended or banned without notice. Use the Report button on any profile if you see a violation.

4. Your Account

You're responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the reporting system in bad faith, or attempt to circumvent anti-spam/anti-abuse protections (including automated bot traffic).

5. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

Character names, cover art, and story titles referenced on Comicpanna remain the property of their respective copyright holders (Marvel/Disney, DC/Warner Bros. Discovery, Shueisha, Kodansha, Dark Horse, Image, and others). Comicpanna displays this material strictly as a non-commercial, transformative reading index and fan-commentary tool under the Fair Use doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107). 6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Comicpanna is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. AI-generated lore recaps and power-scaling analyses are for entertainment purposes and may be inaccurate. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Comicpanna has a designated agent registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (Registration No. DMCA-1079178) to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c).
